TAXES (Important)

Because we ship from the UK, all orders to EU countries (including Ireland) are subject to import VAT and customs duties charged by your country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are collected on delivery by the carrier. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering. Failure to pay these charges will result in the parcel being returned to us.

Returns Policy

Because every item is personally signed by the author we are unable to issue returns.

If your items does not arrive, please let us know as soon as possible. 

We may ask you to complete a declaration we can share with the carrier company, in order to claim from them to replace the product.

For all international orders any Duties and Taxes will need to be settled at the point of entry into the destination country. You will receive an email from the carrier to facilitate this. Failure to do so will mean the product is returned to us, at which point you will be issued with a refund, less the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. 

If the product is lost as a result of failure to settle duties we will only be able to issue a refund of 50% of the product value. 

We are sorry for this, and believe that it should be easier and cheaper to share our amazing pub routes with the world. 

You may be able to find copies available at other local or online retailers.
